He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) since 1994 and head of the Audit Department of our firm. He is also the principal responsible for training. He is a graduate of a U.K. University (BSc Hons) specialized in finance and accounting. Loria graduated London School of Economics (Bachelor of Science in Economics, 1st Class Honors) in 2003 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant of England and Wales with a \u201cbig four\u201d Auditing firm in London where is worked in the Audit and Advisory Transaction Services departments. She joined MGI Gregoriou in 2008 and became director in 2010. She has extensive audit and tax experience specializing on Cyprus tax as well as international tax and has advised several multinational groups. Prior to joining MGI Gregoriou & Co in 2023, he had been with a \u2018\u2019big four\u2019\u2019 Audit firm in Cyprus for seventeen years, reaching the position of signing Audit Director. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) since 2002. Between 2007 and 2022 he qualified as Certified Management Accountant (IMA, U.S.), Certified Internal Control Professional (ICI, U.S.) and Certified Professional Forensic Accountant (ICFA\u00ae, U.S. \u2013 Canada). Michael is a graduate of a U.K. university, earning a BSc. (Hons) in Accounting & Finance. He possesses extensive experience in auditing public interest as well as private entities within various industries.<\/div>
